For the 2025 season, Madsen has joined good friend and co-driver Neil Langberg to pilot the #53 RP Motorsports by Forte Racing – Mclaren Artura Trophy Evo in the SRO Mclaren Trophy America series. Together they work to attain results on the track while driving critical awareness and funding for research on Relapsing Polychondritis.
What is Relapsing Polychondritis?
Relapsing polychondritis (RP) is a severe, chronic autoimmune disease marked by the inflammation and breakdown of cartilage. This potentially fatal disease can affect any part of the body with cartilage, including the ears, nose, airways, joints, eyes, skin, heart valves, and brain.

It continues that story and reveals how a singular purpose grew into a movement to spread awareness and fuel groundbreaking research for a rare disease through the platform of motorsports and in partnership with renowned medical and academic institutions.
